Erlebnisse in Sydney

Sonntagabend 20. August

Im Hostel (The Base, kann ich nur empfehlen) bin ich im Zimmer mit zwei anderen Adrians aus Deutschland, also tripple A.

Die 3A und Zimmergenosse Marc sind dann am Sonntag Abend gleich zusammen auf den auf den Aussichtsturm im Stadtzentrum. Genieale Sonnenuntergangsstimmung und den Blick ueber die Bucht an der Sydney liegt - sehr empfehlenswert.

Im three wise monkeys liessen wir dann bei fescher Livemusik das Wochenende ausklingen.

Montag 21. August

Wieder bestes Wetter in Sydney - also auf zum Strand. Manly Beach, mit der Faehre in 30min von Sydney zu erreichen, war mir waermstens empfohlen worden. Es war zwar etwas kalt, Adrian und ich waren aber trotzdem im Wasser (noch ohne Surfbrett). Beachfelder hats en masse, leider keine Spielpartner.

Am Abend, nachdem ich die Jungs noch bekocht habe, gings erst ins Scary Canary, dann wieder ins 3 wise monkeys. Irgendwie bin ich immer noch im Jetlag und froh in die Federn zu plumpsen.

Dienstag, 22. August

Ausflug in Zoo von Sydney - mit Johanna, Adrian, Inka und Stefan. Jetzt kenn ich schon Mal die meisten Tiere die mir hier in Australien begegnen koennten, wobei ich auf gewisse gut verzichten kann (Schlangen, Saltys...)

Am Abend bin ich dann zu meinen Gastgebern fuer die naechsten drei Tage gefahren - super nett - gefunden ueber www.couchsurfing.com

Mein Velo ist leider immer noch nicht da, langsam werd ich sauer auf British Airways...

Sundayevening, August 20.

In the Backpacker (The Base, which I can realy recommend) I share the room with two other Adrians from Germany, trippel A it is (see picture above).

Tripple A and Mark, that we share the room with went on the lookout-tower in the citycenter. The sunset and the view over the shores of Sydney were great - I recomend it (see second picture above).

The Bar three wise monkeys had live-music, so thats where we went for the end of this weekend.

Monday August 21.

Nice weather in Sydney again - lets go to the beach. Manly Beach, by ferry 30' from Sydney, I can recomend very much. It was a bit cold, but Adrian and me went swimming anyway (without surfboard). Many flields for playing beachvolley, but not players (see third picture above).

In the evening, after I cooked a meal for the boys, we went to the Scary Canary, and again to the 3 wise monkeys. Somehow I still feel the jetlag and I'm happy to sleep now.

Tuesday, August 22.

Visit to the Sydney Zoo - together with Johanna, Adrian, Inka and Stefan. Now I know most of the animals I could meet in Australia, but I hope not to meet all of them (snakes, saltys...).
