Dienstag, 29. August 2006 Narrabeen (15km noerdlich von Sydney)

Endlich hab ichs geschafft und bin Richtung Norden gestartet. Die Fahrt fuehrte ueber Manly (mit der Faehre um dem schrecklichen Verkehr rund um Sydney zu entfliehen) nach Narrabeen das an der Kueste liegt, wo ich einen netten Campingplatz gefunden habe. Der ist zwar teurer als das Backpacker in Sydney bietet dafuer aber auch einiges. Das beste war die Bekanntschaft mit Greg der hier gerade arbeitet. Wir sprachen ueber die Welt (und die Menschen darauf) und wie sie wieder ins Gleichgewicht gebracht gebracht werden koennte.
Ich moechte bei dieser Gelegenheit auch noch an mein Abschiedsfest in Zuerich erinnern und mich auch dafuer bedanken, dass ihr mit mir gefeiert habt. I miss you all!

Tuesdey, August 29. 2006 Narrabeen (15km north of Sydney)

Finaly I made it and started towards the north. The ride brought me to Manly (by ferry to flee the awful traffic around Sydney) and further to Narrabeen, which lies at the coast, and where I found a nice campground. Its more expensive then the backpacker in Sydney, but it offers a lot. The best thing that happend was to meet Greg who is working here at the moment. We talked about the world (and the people living in it) and how everything could be brought to a balance again.
I would like to take the oppurtunity to remind everybody of my farewellparty in Zuerich and I want to thank you all for partying with me. I miss you all!
