Chanthaburi (Thailand)

Pailin - Chanthaburi 91.2 km in 4 h 44', 19.2 k/h

Wieder in Thailand zu sein nach drei Monaten in Laos, Vietnam und Kambodscha ist wie in einer anderen Welt zu sein. Nicht dass ich mir wuensche, dass es in diesen Laendern aussieht wie in Thailand, aber es ist sicher ein einfacheres Reisen (obwohl ich gerade jetzt wieder eine Magenverstimmung habe). Nach der Schotterpiste Battambang - Pailin und heute noch die 20 km bis zur Grenze fuehlte es sich gut an wieder auf den perfekten Strassen Thailands zu radeln.

Ich bin jetzt in Chanthaburi, also noch einen Tag von K0 Chang entfernt. Ich freu mich riesig auf meinen Strandurlaub, aufs Entspannen, aufs Lesen und aufs in der Sonne Liegen.

Being back in Thailand after three months in Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia is like being in a different world. Not that I wish, that it should look like in Thailand in those countries, but its definately easyer to travel (although I have stomach problems at this exact moment). After the bumpy road Battambang - Pailing it felt realy good to be back on the perfect roads of Thailand. I'm in Chanthaburi now, one day away from Ko Chang. I'm realy looking forward to relax at the beach, to read and just lie in the sun.
